1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, damaged due to customer handling, or not in their original condition cannot be returned.

  • Certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details.

  • Once approved, the item must be handed over to our delivery partner for collection.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the package is securely packed for return.

4. Refunds

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided in the form of cash reimbursement at the time of product pickup or adjustment during a replacement order, depending on the situation.

  • Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will notify you of your refund status.

5. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
